The free breakfast with higher quality was a pleasant surprise.

I had an awful time dealing with a prepayment issue. The staff seemed confused about payment, which intensified my frustration. I expected a quick resolution, but instead, it felt chaotic and disorganized. Not to mention, the bed's firmness was unbearable, making my stay less enjoyable. I simply can't believe how unfocused the staff was when issues arose.

My stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Watertown was delightful! The staff was extraordinarily welcoming, especially Jill at the front desk, who assisted me efficiently with my check-in. I absolutely loved the variety offered at breakfast, where the warm, delicious options never disappointed.

this place is all smoke and mirrors, honestly. the bed was so hard, i could've slept on a rock, and to top it off, check-in was a complete mess with a staff who seemed surprised by my prepayment. i woudl ve loved a room upgrade for my troubles, but apparently, that's asking too much here.

The breakfast choices were plentiful, including some delightful

surprises like pomegranate smoothies that made mornings special. The friendliness of the staff truly enhanced our experience. The only downside was the pool area felt a bit small during busy hours, but overall, we had a wonderful stay.

The pool area feels chaotic with unsupervised kids running around, which can detract from relaxation!!! Also, limited parking outlets for diesel vehicles needs attention to accommodate winter travelers better!!!

hampton inn had a fantastic breakfast that we loved. the room was very clean and comfortable. the location was perfect, within walking distance of several great restaurants. everyone we met was pleasant and helpful.

Great fitness center and a well-stocked snack bar. The indoor pool was crowded at times.

The stay was primarily to visit the nearby Redlin Art Center, which was just a short walk away. I especially loved the breakfast. it was a highlight of my mornings, with lots of tasty options that kept me fueled for the day. Additionally, the room was spotless and very inviting. I'll definitely be back next summer for another visit, as the location is convenient for dining options too.

The staff were friendly and really helpful, they made sure we had everything we needed. The breakfast was excellent, plenty of options to keep everyone satisfied, even the kids.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain but still reasonable for what you get.
